Flu vaccinations are provided by Cigna Health Partners through Summit Health. Employees must present an Endeavor Air employee badge and sign applicable waivers during their appointment. Please bring your Cigna insurance card with you if you have insurance through Endeavor Air (you can still get your flu shot if you do not have healthcare through Endeavor).
Crew members: The FAA and the Company recommend that you provide at least 30 minutes between receiving a flu vaccine and flying, in case you have an adverse allergic reaction to the shot.
